1. Service Description

Grafion is a trading journal and analytics platform that allows users to import, track, and analyze their trading activity. The platform provides performance metrics, trade verification, and optional public leaderboard participation.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to manipulate or falsify trading data
• Use the platform for any illegal activity
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Interfere with platform security or stability
• Share account credentials with third parties
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data from the platform

4. No Financial Advice

Grafion is a data analytics tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All metrics, scores, and analytics are for informational and educational purposes only. Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Data Handling

Trading data imported to Grafion is stored securely. Broker API credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. We do not sell or share your individual trading data with third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used to improve platform features.

6. Trade Verification

Trades imported via broker API connections undergo internal validation and are marked as verified. CSV-imported trades are not verified. Verification status is used for leaderboard eligibility and credibility purposes. Grafion makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but does not guarantee the completeness or correctness of imported data.

7. Subscription and Billing

Grafion offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

8. Leaderboard

Public leaderboard participation is optional. By opting in, you consent to having your selected performance metrics displayed publicly under your chosen handle. You control which metrics are visible. Grafion reserves the right to remove entries that violate these terms.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time, which will remove your data from our systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

Grafion is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any trading losses, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
